Siete Queso Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
Chili con queso, salsa con queso, macaroni con queso (yes, it's a thing and it's absolutely delicious), queso con queso… Noticing any patterns here? We’re crazy about queso! And since our family concocted a dairy free queso seasoning that tastes remarkably like the real stuff, we got a little jiggy with it and started sprinkling it on foods left and right. Most notably, we added it to a batch of potato chips, freshly kettle cooked in 100% avocado oil, and ended up with these amazing Kettle Cooked Queso Potato Chips. It might sound cheesy, but our life will never be the same, livin’ la vida queso.
